Eligibility: Open to owners or authorized representatives of electrical contracting businesses who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sparky and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Entry period: Entries open when this giveaway launches and close 7 days later. The exact closing date and time is shown on the entry page.
How to enter: Complete and submit the entry form on the giveaway page. One entry per person or business. Multiple entries from the same person or business will be disqualified.
The prize: One (1) custom-built 1–5 page website, including copywriting, mobile-responsive design, SEO setup, site speed optimization, and click-to-call/lead form integration, plus site and hosting guaranteed free for 12 months from launch. Approximate total value: $3,000 CAD. No cash alternative or substitution is offered. No contract is required to accept the prize.
Winner selection & notification: The winner will be selected by Sparky from eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will be announced publicly and notified directly by email. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within a reasonable time, Sparky reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
General conditions: Sparky reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules, and to modify, suspend, or cancel this giveaway if necessary. By entering, participants agree to these rules.
What we collect: When you enter this giveaway, we collect the information you submit on the entry form — your name, business name, phone number, email address, service area, and your answers to the entry questions.
